Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
We may accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@lumivaskincare.com.au.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before returning any products. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
